  • Unlimited Paid Leave (US & SG)
    Taking time off for your family is so important to us. Not only do we offer unlimited paid time off, but we also have a 1-week minimum time off requirement every year for all hour employees.
  • 100% Employer-paid Healthcare (US & SG)
    Our employees enjoy a 100% employer-paid healthcare. Coverage includes Dental, Medical, and Vision.
  • 100% Parental Leave for 16 Weeks
    Taking care of your newborn or newly adopted kiddo is critical. That's why we pay 100% of your pay for up to 16 weeks, in addition to any other support you may receive.
  • Learning & Development Monthly Allowance
    Learning is growing! We'll reimburse you up to $125 a month for your learning and development needs. We'll pay up to $1,500 annually.
  • Monthly Health & Wellness Stipend
    We'll reimburse you up to $100 a month for any health and wellness program purchases.
  • 401(k) Plan (US)
    Upon your first day of hire, we'll begin matching up to 4% of your 401(k) contributions!
  • Pension Plan (NL)
    If you live in the Netherlands, we'll contribute up to 14.5% of your pensionable salary.

    We'll give you time away from work to volunteer and support the causes that you care about. We have a dedicated Social Impact team who will help source and plan your volunteer day!
  • Annual Performance Bonus
    Depending upon your role, you'll be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus.
  • Employee Referral Bonus
    Referring exceptional starts with you. All employees are eligible to qualify for a referral bonus of up to $2,000 per referral, with no limit on the amount you refer!
  • Generous PTO Policy (NL)
    If you live in the Netherlands, you'll accrue 25 days of vacation per employment year.

    One of our recruiters will reach out to you via email to schedule your initial interview with us. We'll discuss your background, experience, and cultural fit with the company. Additionally, we'll go over any questions you may have and discuss our comprehensive benefits.
  • Culture & Skills Interview
    We strongly believe in retaining and hiring the best talent; this includes adding our team members who are actively in a similar role to be a part of the interview process. You interviewer will be a team member of the department or team this role will be a part of. The team member interviewing you, will go over our cultural pillars, review your skills, and open an opportunity for you to learn more about our company.
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager
    During this interview, the hiring manager will be asking more technical and skill based questions and also assessing your overall cultural fit. We may be asking you about our culture, what you've learned about us so far, and give you an opportunity to bring up any additional questions you have.
  • Contingent Offer
    At the end of every week, our internal hiring team, will review what we've learned about you, your qualifications, and the results of your interviews. From there, our team will determine if we feel like you will integrate well with our current needs and cultural values. A contingent offer will be presented to you via e-mail from our Talent Acquisition team.
