Bandy is an IT entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience successfully launching startups
ANDOVER, Massachusetts – September 2023 – Applied Value Technologies (AVT), an early-stage global provider of enterprise application services and support, announced that Aric Bandy has joined its leadership team as chief executive officer. Bandy has extensive experience building high performance go-to-market strategies and curating operational and technical teams to deliver enterprise value.

Bandy has been nurturing startups and participating in acquisitions since 2000 when he founded managed service provider (MSP) Outsourced IT. He oversaw the company’s sale to Techies, the Geek Squad B2B spin off. After two years helping restructure Techies, Bandy moved on to Agosto, an MSP which he recapitalized three times to fuel growth at different stages. During his 12-year tenure the company grew into an award-winning cloud services company. Agosto was sold to Mill Point Capital and combined with Pythian Services, where Bandy was executive vice president of cloud and corporate development.

Bandy holds a bachelor’s in marketing management from University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business. The CEO position at AVT was previously held by Bruce Grant who is now executive chairman at Applied Value Group.
