Recruiter Interview

You’ve met the posted requirements, and a member of our Recruitment team will reach out to you to schedule an initial interview.

Upon completing your first interview, the recruiter will let you know within 48 hours if you are moving forward to a Technical Interview

Estimated Time in Stage: 2 business days (depending on your interview availability)

Technical Interview

You’ve passed our initial interview and will receive an invite for the Technical Interview within 48 hours
The Technical Interview will consist of questions focused on your technical ability

Upon completing the Technical Interview, you will be notified within 48 hours if you will be interviewing with the Hiring Manager for this role

Estimated Time in Stage: 3-4 business days (depending on your interview availability)

Hiring Manager Interview

The Hiring Manager interview will be a combination of behavioral and technical interview questions. The behavioral interview questions will be asked in the STAR format.

In most cases, this is the final interview, and you can expect to hear a final decision from us within 5 business days after this interview.

In some cases, the next step will consist of a client interview OR another interview with an individual from our leadership team.

Estimated Time in Stage: 5-7 business days (depending on your interview availability)

Offer

Our Recruiter will call you to extend a verbal offer

Upon verbal offer acceptance the team will send you an offer letter and new hire documents

Hire & Onboard

You will receive a link to initiate our pre-employment screening & pre-onboarding processes

Your new AVT Leader will reach out to you within 2 business days to schedule a welcome call

You will be assigned a “hiking buddy” to help you on your journey with AVT. They will reach out to you within 2 weeks of your start date.
